China is the leading region of production for silicon metal in the world. Manufacturers are mainly distributed in regions Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan and Guangxi in Southwest China, Hunan and Hubei in central China and Fujian in East China. Distribution in Northeast China is mainly in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia, besides there are also silicon metal factories in Shaanxi, Qinghai and Xinjiang area. |
